HAZWOPER - 8-hour REFRESHER Training

Do you have employees who may have some responsibility with responding to and carrying out work-activities to address the release or spill of hazardous materials? Does your facility have large quantities of hazardous materials that can potentially lead to a spill-incident, and create a reasonable possibility of employee exposure? OSHA’s HAZWOPER Standard (29 CFR 1910.120) requires most employees to receive a minimum of 8-hours of refresher training, such as:
  • On-Site Clean-Up Operations: On-site workers, and supervisors and managers directly responsible for on-site workers
  • Treatment, Storage and Disposal (TSD) Facilities: Employees exposed to health hazards or hazardous substances
  • Emergency Response Operations: Operations-level first-responders, hazardous materials technicians, hazardous materials specialists, and on-scene incident commanders

This 8-hour course is intended to supplement an employer’s internal HAZWOPER training program, and provide 8-hours of refresher training for workers exposed to hazardous materials and health hazards associated with releases and spills.

*Pre-registration and payment are required. Hopefully you won't need to cancel, but if you do, please do so at least three business days prior to the course for a full refund. No refunds will be made after three business days prior to the course. This policy will be enforced, so please plan ahead if you need to cancel your attendance.
