OSHA 10-hour in General Industry-Virtual

This course is intended to provide any worker with a basic overview of prominent safety and health hazards that may be encountered throughout General Industry, including an emphasis on walking-working surfaces, machinery and equipment, and material handling, and will help develop a fundamental competency to recognize and evaluate hazards, identify potential protective measures, and understand various principles and practices. Upon course completion, students will be issued a “10-hour Card” in General Industry from the OSHA Training Institute.

NOTE: Anyone who has safety and health responsibilities within their organization, including directors, managers, supervisors, leads and safety committee members, are advised to complete the “OSHA 30-hour in General Industry” course.

*Video and audio capabilities are required for this training.
